Today the staff completely ignored my girlfriend and I for over 5 minutes before someone came from the back and asked if we had been helped. At that point another employee went "Fine I'll help them" as if we were some sort of task. The cashier was very polite and nice to us, however when we got home our bagels were unsatisfactory. My tuna salad had more celery than tuna in it. My girlfriends bagel was missing half of the top piece, and the order was wrong. The establishment was not busy, so I see no need for any employee to act rudely or ignore customers.March 12, 2017
